Random thoughts, usually my comments on larger blogs.
I have timed out of LGF, but I wanted to tell you how much I like your comment posted today:"The regular forces are held to strict rules as they engage in lawful combat with other lawful combatants. The lawyers and their political partners, it is beyond me who are the enablers and who are the enabled, make it impossible for the official armed forces of the United States to effectively hunt down the armies of evil and break the community that supports them. Two things are needed. One is a seperate and unconstrained service that can and will hunt the jihadis and all their networks down, anywhere and anytime, in Islamabad or Paris, in Dearborn or Manchester, they can have no safe haven. We won WW-II because we fought a Strategic War. That means we waged war on the entire enemy society, just as the Islamists are waging war on us. Will we need proper oversight on these forces? Undoubtedly yes but it must never be a matter of public record. What should be a matter of public record must be a series of public defeats and humiliations for the Islamists. They should be told that they are losing Kashmir, all of it, because of the terror that was committed in the name of Islam. They should be told that they are losing Palestine, all of it, because of the terror that was committed in the name of Islam."
Why is it victory in Iraq this day and not any other day? The US ambassador in Iraq has submitted a timetable for withdraw, that suggests today is victory for the terrorists in Iraq day.
